Al Rizqi Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ATS CV Builder and career consultation service at cv.alrizqi.com (the "Service"), operated by Al Rizqi & Co ("we", "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. The Service
The Service analyses an uploaded CV for ATS compatibility, returns a score and feedback, and generates an optimized PDF. It also offers paid one-on-one career consultations. The Service is currently in public beta and provided on a best-effort basis.
3. Eligibility
You must be capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. If you are below the age of majority in your jurisdiction, use the Service only with the consent of a parent or guardian.
4. Credits, Purchases & Pricing
Some features require paid credits (for example, 10 analyses for $5) or a paid consultation. Prices are shown before payment and may change over time. Payments are handled by third-party providers (MoonPay and DOKU); we never receive or store your card or bank details.
5. Refunds
Because the Service delivers digital results immediately, credits that have already been used are non-refundable. If a paid consultation cannot be delivered, contact us at hello@alrizqi.com and we will arrange a reschedule or a refund.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you must not upload unlawful content, attempt to breach or probe its security, overload it with automated requests, or resell it without our permission.
7. Your Content
You keep all rights to the CV you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to produce your result. We process it in memory and do not store it, as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, its design, and the "Al Rizqi & Co" brand belong to Al Rizqi & Co. Your optimized CV belongs to you.
9. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third parties, including Anthropic (Claude) for analysis, MoonPay and DOKU for payments, and Calendly for scheduling. Your use of those features is also subject to their respective terms.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is". An ATS score and AI-generated feedback are guidance only and do not guarantee interviews, job offers, or any specific outcome. We make no professional or legal guarantees.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Al Rizqi & Co is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
12. Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or discontinue the Service, or restrict access in cases of misuse, at any time.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
